Salon Policy

At Haus Of Beauty, we pride ourselves on quality work, quality products and a highly trained team. We provide thorough consultations prior to your service and we endeavour to ensure all clients leave the salon 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result we will redo your treatment at no extra charge. This is strictly within 14 days of your visit. This does not apply to change of mind as this will be charged. We also do not offer complimentary visits for any reason on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Your appointments are reserved for you so we ask that you give your beautician at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment so that she can fill that appointment. We really hate no shows so please be courteous and let us know if you can't make it. As a courtesy, Haus Of Beauty will send you a confirmation email prior to your appointment to confirm and remind you of the date and time. Failure to give adequate notice when cancelling or rescheduling will result in 50% fee to cancel within 24 hours or 100% for no show fee. 

Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you are lost or running late, please call the salon. Arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced, or we may not be able to honour your appointment in the time remaining. It is essential that you contact us if you will be running late so that we can try to accommodate you.

Haus Of Beauty fully adheres to the Privacy Act 1988. The Privacy Act contains a set of standards for the handling of your personal information known as the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). We will never share your private information with any individual or company unless where permitted or required to by law.

Payment for all services can be made by cash, Visa MasterCard and AMEX through our Booking System Fresha or Eftpos Terminal. SURCHARGE APPLIES
