Sometimes, we don't always know what treatment is right for us, but we might know what areas we want to target. There are five primary skin concerns, we consider at Haus Of Beauty. The five primary skin concerns are breakouts, ageing, dehydration, pigmentation and sensitivity. additionally there are four eye concerns comprising of: Anti-ageing, Dark circles, Loss of elasticity and Wrinkles.
Your beauty therapist will look at your skin under a bright light to determine multiple things. she is looking for the type of skin that you have (dry, oily, etc.) and if you have any problems (such as blackheads, dehydration, etc.). Then, she will look at your skin using a magnifying lamp. This is used to see your skin even better. She will be able to see things that they couldn't see before. Once the analysis is completed, your beauty therapist will be able to determine the best course of treatment, as well as things that you can do at home to continue to care for your skin.
Like the heart , stomach , and brain , your skin is an organ. In fact, it’s the largest organ in your body, but it’s still easy to take skin for granted. Unless there’s a problem, you may not think about your skin very much. But skin has an important job to do.
Your skin is constantly protecting you. Your skin keeps infections out of your body and keeps you from getting sick. When you take care of your skin, you’re helping your skin do its job.
There are many different types of skin problems: Some of the more common issues are acne scars, age spots, wrinkles, and sagging skin. Some of the more common skin treatments are: laser treatmentsfor laser rejuvenation and laser resurfacing, microdermabrasion, botox (botulinum toxins), dermal fillers, chemical peels among others
Microdermabrasion works to remove age spots and lighter acne scars. The procedure is one of the favorite wrinkle treatments because it is performed quickly in a facial esthetics office. The physician uses a handheld instrument to spray small crystals onto the surface of the skin. The crystals exfoliate the skin layers, while using suction simultaneously to remove the crystals and dead skin cells. More than one microdermabrasion treatment may be needed for wrinkle removal and other skin treatments it provides.
Chemical peels, also called chemexfoliation or derma-peeling treatments, are cosmetic treatments performed on the face, typically used as an anti-aging solution to rejuvenate the skin. Chemical peels are used to correct skin irregularities in texture, such as fine lines, and color, such as spots caused by sun damage. These peels have varying strengths, characterized by the different kinds of acids used in the applied chemical solution. Chemical-peel solutions use three main acid ingredients to reach varying levels of intensity: alphahydroxy acid (AHA), trichloroacetic acid (TCA), and phenol.
The non-invasive treatment works at a cellular level to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improve uneven skin tone, target active acne and illuminate the skin. It is great at fighting acne and rosacea. The penetrating LED lights target deep into cells heightening their internal functions stimulating dermal blood flow, and creates faster healing so your skin always looks rejuvenated
Skin Needling stimulates the rejuvenation of the skin through the use of innovative MediPro technology. An automated head of microneedles safely puncture the outer layer of the skin, triggering the body’s natural collagen production, effectively targeting priorities such as dullness, uneven skin tone and acne scars.
With frequent exposure to the sun, environmental pollutants or even the body’s natural ageing process, natural elastin, hyaluronic acid, collagen production levels diminish which results in lacklustre, sagging skin.
